There are six toning tables. Each table exercises a different muscle group.  

Toning Tables Descriptions

Sandbag table


This exercise tones and strengthens the muscles of the abdomen, hips, thighs and calves. It models the shape of the buttocks and helps to eliminate cellulite.

Leg stretcher

This exercise tones and strengthens all the muscles of the leg, especially the internal muscles of the thighs and abdomen, and models the buttocks.

Reverse sit-up table

This exercise tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles, the calves, the hips, and strengthens the lower part of the back.

Waist, abdomen and hips table

This exercise strengthens and refines waist, ABS and hips, strengthens the lower part of the back, mold the buttocks and helps to eliminate cellulite.

Stretching table

This is the most complete exercise for the entire body. The exercise tones and refines the muscles at the top of the arms and the back, to the level of the bra, which are often weak. It stretches the muscles around the diaphragm and abdomen, strengthens the muscles of the thighs and the calves. This table develops the box thoracic and improves the posture overall.

Relaxing table

This stimulates the blood circulation, helps the elimination of cellulite, toxins and excess water. Most people, and especially those who tend to retain fluid, will then go to the toilet.
